This is precisely the reason why technology has yet to be developed that would allow you to throttle someone over the phone. The government, this organization, and many others would lose 98% of their employees every day.

The good news? Unemployment would be reduced to nothing, and wages would go up. An added 'side-benefit' would be the average IQ would shoot up 20 points.
